In observance of Juneteenth, Burnham Elementary School District 154.5 will be closed on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. Juneteenth commemorates the emancipation of enslaved African Americans and serves as a day to recognize and celebrate freedom and equality.
We encourage you to take this time to reflect on the significance of Juneteenth and to celebrate this important day with your family and community.
Summer school operations will resume on Thursday, June 20, 2024. If you have any questions regarding the school closure, please feel free to contact the Office.
