We received notification from TF District 215 about the availability of vaccinations for students ages 5 - 12, 12 and up, and for adults. The details are listed below if you would like to participate and have your child vaccinated. Thank you, we are all doing our best to keep our families safe and healthy!
Dear TFD 215 communities:
TF South is partnering with the Illinois Department of Public Health to host Covid-19 vaccine clinics on November 22 and December 13 from 3:00-7:00 p.m. in the grand lobby. Youth ages 5-11 are now eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine, and Pfizer adult vaccines have been approved for all those age 12 and up. The Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will also be available for adults. Please see the attached flyer for more information.

You may park in the North lot and enter through door E-3. A parent must be present to give consent for anyone under the age of 18. You might consider avoiding the 3:30-3:45 window as that is school dismissal time and the parking lot tends to be congested at that time.
