Red Ribbon Week

Bully Prevention Month

Dear parent/guardian,

Burnham Elementary School will be participating in Bully Prevention Month during October.  These are a few of the activities and/or dates to remember for the month of October.  You will also receive some handouts as the dates get closer.

1)  Each grade level will be given an age-appropriate bullying prevention lesson during the first week of October.

2)  World Day of Bullying Prevention is Monday, October 6th.  Staff and students         will be invited to wear blue to “STOMP Out Bullying.”

3)  Unity Day is Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025.  Our school will wear orange to show unity for kindness, acceptance, and inclusion.

4)  Red Ribbon Week is Thursday, Oct 23-Fri

day, Oct 31.  Our school will have daily dress-down themes and/or activities in each class for the week.  More information will come as the date gets closer.
