Dear Parents/Guardians,
I hope this letter finds you and your family in good health and spirits. We are writing to you with an important update regarding our preschool program at Burnham Elementary School. Over the years, we have taken great pride in offering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our little ones aged 3-5 years. Our goal has always been to foster a love for learning while laying a strong foundation for their future academic and social success. However, as we look ahead to the upcoming academic year, we find ourselves facing a critical challenge.
As of now, we are in the process of planning for the next school year, and we would like to gauge the level of interest in having your child attend our preschool program. Your child's participation in the program has been a valuable contribution to the vibrant community we have built at our school. Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing lower-than-expected enrollment interest in the preschool program. While we understand that various factors may influence your decision, we want to emphasize the importance of having enough participants to ensure the program's continued operation. It breaks our hearts to consider the possibility of closing the program due to insufficient enrollment, as we believe it plays a vital role in preparing children for their educational journey.
In light of this, we kindly request that you take a moment to let us know if you intend to enroll your child in our preschool program for the upcoming academic year. Additionally, we are actively seeking a passionate and qualified preschool teacher to join our team. If you know of any experienced educators who would be interested in this role, please don't hesitate to let us know or have them reach out to us directly. Your referrals and recommendations are highly appreciated.
If we do not find a qualified candidate we will unfortunately have to close our preschool program this year.
